It all started with this statement.
“Go enjoy ur pickup, girl.” Bestion gave the permission when he saw a caucasian guy chatting me up.
In the end?
Friends freaked out when they saw me ditching Bestion to be spend the rest of the night drinking with the caucasian guy. When I finally made back to the table together with that guy, they began to tap on my shoulders.
“Bestion’s been looking for you.”
“Are you sure you are alright?”
On the other hand, Bestion’s friends kept showering him with sympathetic concerns. I was almost 100% certain that they were thinking that his girlfriend was a big flirt or something. I’ve got some serious reputation issues to clear.
“Bestion, do you need us to keep a lookout for her?”
“Are you ok?”
I never knew these drinking friends cared so much about our relationship. It was hilarious. Only the two of us knew what was going on. Chemistry, club behaviour, or what… we couldn’t really put a word to it.
“Where’s he? I’ve got no idea. I’m fine here.” I gave a nonchalent answer and went on to have a drink with that guy.
“She’s ok. She knows what she’s doing.” Bestion’s standard reply.
By 5am, we were making our way back home, laughing at the whole night.
“Why is our rship so screwed up?” I pipped.
“Don’t know man… we are really screwed up.” Bestion laughed.
Well, I say darling, we are probably ready for a threesome soon.

And then again, these type of incidents, if the rest of the world does not know what is happening start concerning while you two know the back story. It make for a great laugh and joke few month down the road when it’s brought up as a topic. LOL
